Set up and operate CNC and manual metalworking machinery to manufacture components in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, ensuring accuracy and quality in all machined parts.
Perform fitting, maintenance, and general workshop duties as required to support operational needs.
Complete product, repair, and inspection documentation in line with the Quality Management System and corporate policies.
Maintain accurate records including job cards, time sheets, and month‑end invoicing information.
Manage stock and steel control, and care for company gauges and measuring equipment.
Undertake onsite training and upskilling to expand capabilities and meet client requirements.
Work collaboratively with the broader team, maintaining excellent communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
Comply with all safety procedures and safe work practices; wear required PPE and report any safety or equipment issues to management.
Participate in shift work and overtime (including weekends) as required to meet operational demands.
