Drilling Supervisor

We are seeking experienced Wellsite Drilling Supervisors to support an upcoming SAGD drilling campaign. This is an excellent opportunity for senior drilling professionals looking to join a long-term program with potential work extending into 2027. Rotation 14 days on / 14 days off (preferred) Potential for 20 days on / 10 days off based on operational requirements and candidate availability Scope of Work The initial campaign will focus on a redevelopment drilling program, including: Re-entry and redrill operations Producer and injector well drilling Pad drilling utilizing a PD Super Single rig Successful candidates may have the opportunity to continue onto subsequent drilling programs, including new SAGD well construction and additional thermal drilling projects. Required Experience 10+ years of Wellsite Drilling Supervisor experience Extensive SAGD/Thermal drilling operations experience Strong experience supervising PD Super Single drilling operations in pad mode Experience with re-entry, sidetrack, and redevelopment drilling operations Proficient with WellView (Version 12.1 preferred) Familiarity with SAGD ranging technology Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence Collaborative team player capable of working in a fast-paced field environment With over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil & Gas, Power & Renewables, Chemicals, Construction & Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining and Manufacturing sectors worldwide.
