Under the transaction, PTSI has entered into an agreement to transfer the Shell Group’s mobility business. The purchaser is to be a joint venture entity formed by Citadel Pacific Limited and the Sefas Group. Under the Sale and Purchase Agreement, PTSI will first transfer the Mobility Business into PT Shell Retail Indonesia (PTSRI), a company currently wholly owned within the Shell Group by way of spin-down. At completion of the transaction, the buyer and its nominee will acquire all of the shares in PTSRI. If you are currently out of scope, by applying for the job, you agree to become an in-scope employee and agree to give consent to transfer to PTSRI and continue your employment in PTSRI under spin-down process. If you are successfully selected and offered this position, you will be given a job offer and an employment contract under PTSRI for you to sign. You will also be required to sign formal documentation in connection with the transfer of your employment to PTSRI, including employment contract with PTSRI and a consent option declaration in due course. Shell Global Mobility sells around 200 billion Liters of fuel and generates USD 6 billion Convenience Mobility (CR) sales annually. Mobility operates more than 46,000 sites directly and indirectly (through Indirect Channels like Joint Ventures and Brand Licensees) across 80 countries. Together with Mobility business, C&P Mobility manages approximately USD 9.5 billion third party spend, 4261 contracts and delivers around USD 265 million Cost Improvement per annum. C&P collaboration to work closely with Mobility business to support the Mobility ambitions by accelerating growth in some core areas; Differentiated Fuels, CR 50/50 footprint, Innovation in Fleet Solutions, Digitalization and Sustainability. In order to support Mobility’s growth aspiration, Mobility C&P has set itself stretching targets (Mobility C&P Aspiration) to deliver significant value contributions to business bottom-line. We estimate around 30% of value opportunities will be delivered via contract management excellence. Further, the “Powering Progress” pillars (Generating Shareholder Values, Respecting Nature, Driving Net Zero Emission and Powering Lives) had shaped Mobility in advocating a new way of working with greater frontline empowerment and “Winning as One Team”. Shell Mobility Indonesia operates +/- 200 sites in 2026, with estimated spend for CAPEX + OPEX up to USD 90 million annually. With current market and regulatory environment, Shell Mobility Indonesia need to shape a business model that is resilient to Government intervention on fuels through: 1) maximizing yield and relentless cost optimization, 2) optimize cost in existing footprints and competitive supply options for new envelopes and 3) build scale with a concentrated network footprint in most attractive islands. The current focus of Shell Mobility Indonesia is resilient investment (requiring lower capex), accelerating Convenience Retailing (CR), defend and grow volume/margin and cost optimization. Shell Mobility Indonesia will also lead the market by improving customer experiences via CR growth (lube bays and convenience Mobility), leveraging partnership with Banks, adoption of new payment technology, digitally integrated loyalty offered program and customer stickiness with fleet solutions. What’s the role The SC Commercial Manager, Mobility Indonesia leads procurement and commercial activities that support Shell Mobility Indonesia’s business objectives and growth strategy. The role is accountable for managing in-country non-hydrocarbon third-party spend, delivering commercial value, and ensuring effective sourcing, contract management, and supplier performance across the Mobility business, including indirect channels. The position serves as the primary commercial interface between Mobility Indonesia, regional procurement teams, and key suppliers, ensuring alignment between local business requirements and global category strategies. The role drives the implementation of procurement best practices, governance, and sustainable sourcing standards while maximizing value through cost optimization, operational efficiency, revenue enhancement, and strategic supplier partnerships. In addition, the role is responsible for developing procurement capabilities, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, and creating a collaborative, high-performing team environment that supports long-term business success.
