Senior Planner

Develop, maintain, and monitor integrated project schedules throughout all phases of project execution. Lead planning and scheduling activities in support of engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project controls teams. Integrate multiple project schedules into a comprehensive master schedule. Analyze project progress and performance against established baselines. Identify schedule risks, delays, scope changes, and potential project impacts. Develop mitigation and recovery plans to address schedule challenges. Analyze critical path activities and schedule constraints and provide recommendations to project leadership. Support schedule forecasting and progress measurement activities. Participate in project risk management processes, including risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and tracking. Evaluate schedule impacts associated with design changes, scope changes, and change management activities. Prepare detailed schedule analysis, progress reports, forecasts, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders. Work closely with engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and project controls teams to ensure alignment of project objectives. Ensure compliance with project controls standards, scheduling procedures, and version control requirements. Identify project trends and emerging issues and communicate recommendations to project leadership. Facilitate schedule review meetings and provide guidance on planning and execution strategies. Mentor and support other planning and scheduling team members. Assist in the ongoing development and continuous improvement of project controls processes and practices.
