Village Operations Manager

The successful candidate will be someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable engaging with everyone from frontline contractors through to senior site leadership. The Opportunity As the Village Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring village services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with business expectations. You will work closely with accommodation, catering, cleaning, maintenance and other service providers while maintaining a strong focus on resident experience, contractor accountability and stakeholder engagement. Key responsibilities include: Acting as the primary onsite representative for village operations. Building strong relationships with contractors, residents and operational stakeholders. Overseeing the delivery of accommodation and village services. Monitoring contractor performance and driving continuous improvement. Managing service-related issues and ensuring timely resolution. Supporting safety, compliance and operational excellence initiatives. Reviewing operational performance, occupancy trends and service metrics. Leading stakeholder engagement activities across the site. Driving a positive village culture and resident experience.
