Partner with the best As a Repair Technician, you will be responsible for executing inspection and repair tasks as outlined in detailed work instructions. Assembles complex components per assembly drawings / bill of Material. Performs functional testing on assemblies. Operates test equipment in compliance with engineering standards. Applies settings, calibrates and maintains assembly tools. Your focus will be on the rotating components of gas turbines, centrifugal compressors, and steam turbines. As a Repair Technician, you will be responsible for: Keeping the safety top mind. Working within precise limits or standards of accuracy. Mechanically inclined, proficient in reading/interpreting assembly blueprints following written and verbal work instructions. Assembling/disassembly components such as gas turbine, centrifugal compressor and valves per assembly drawings and work instruction. Operating Overhead Carne to move equipment. Rotors and piece parts balancing. Performs torquing of various components Performing basic mathematical calculations. Good mechanical aptitude, use of general hand tools, power tools needed for assembly and precision measuring equipment. Complying with all applicable quality, health, safety, and environmental directives and regulations Ownership for completion manufacturing digital inspection forms. Interacting with peers, supervisor, and internal / external customers. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience turbomachinery mechanical activities. Have experience knowledge of the product: Centrifugal Compressor, Gas Turbine. Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Gas Turbine and Centrifugal Compressor components repair. Have advanced mechanical aptitude, including advanced experience with general hand tools and precision measuring equipment. Knowledge of interpreting drawings read and understand. Experience in large tonnage rotor balancing (01 to 30 tons). Have the qualification/certification on critical lifting (01 to 40 tons). Must be able to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions accurately. Knowledge of relative safety standards.
