Manufacturing Professional - Equipment Maintenance

Job Description: Manufacturing Professional – Equipment Maintenance Job Purpose: A Manufacturing Professional for facility and maintenance is fully responsible as coordinator daily building operations, schedules routine equipment checks, handles repair requests, and oversees third-party contractors/vendors in accordance HSE procedure. Job Responsibilities: Ensure for maintenance processes and facilities compliance to health, safety standards and applicable regulation. Coordinate for internal team arrangement, routine work, project execution and improvement. Coordinate the preventive maintenance to meet between schedule and actual to maintain the availability of machines or equipment’s. Coordinate with outside contractors/vendors, HSE team and relevant department to organize project kick of meeting, work monitoring and review service quality to keep physical workspace safe and fully functional. Track and report for repair requests, concern report and facility projects from start to finish. Control the spare part inventory, safety stock and storage system. Work with various departments for manufacturing support and projects delivery. Participate in HSE and company program and proactively involve in improving HSE culture in Batam site. Qualification/Requirements: Diploma or degree in facilities management, engineering or a related field. Experience minimum 2 years working in facilities/operations/HSE/property maintenance support. Familiar with MS office. Soft Skills with good teamwork, communication and strong problem-solving.
