On behalf of our global Oilfield Services organisation, NES Fircroft are looking for an experienced Coil Tubing Field Specialist and Equipment Operators to join the team in Perth to support onshore and offshore projects.

As a Coil Tubing Field Specialist and Equipment Operator, you will play a vital role performing hands-on work as part of the Coil Tubing Service Team; from overseeing work at a field site to providing quality service to the customer.

Experience required:
5 years as CT Field Specialist or Operator and total at least 7 years industry related experience desirable
Able to operate and handle CT units, pumps, manifolds, hoses, and related equipment
Able to service CT units, pumps, manifolds, hoses, and related equipment
Good English written & verbal communication
Roles and Responsibilities:
Operating high-pressure pumps and all related pumping equipment at well sites under the direction of the supervisor.
Preparing, assembling, and rigging up/down pumps, manifolds, hoses, and related equipment at the work site according to operational plans.
Conducting pre- and post-job inspections, performing routine maintenance, and troubleshooting of pumps, blending systems, manifolds, valves, and related control panels.
Monitoring pressures, flow rates, fluid volumes, and other operational parameters, maintaining accurate records (such as job logs, pump charts, and safety documentation), and strictly adhering to all HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies.
Actively participating in job-specific training, operational briefings, and safety meetings, and reporting any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly.
Supporting the supervisor and the crew throughout operations, quickly responding to changing operating conditions, troubleshooting mechanical/operational issues as they arise, and ensuring all company standards and procedures are followed at all times.
