The IT department is seeking new candidates to its dynamic team. The department provides support worldwide to the Organizations all along the value chain from exploration through site development to production.
What role you will play in our team:
As a Customer Solutions Analyst, you will serve as a key technology partner for business customers, ensuring the effective delivery of IT services, technical solutions, and operational improvements that enable business success.
You will work closely with local and global IT teams, managed service providers, vendors, and business stakeholders to support infrastructure services, technology adoption, project delivery, and end-user experience. This role offers exposure across multiple technology domains including infrastructure, applications, business analysis, project coordination, and process improvement.
Based in Buenos Aires, you will contribute to delivering reliable, secure, and cost-effective technology solutions while supporting strategic initiatives, business continuity, and cybersecurity programs across the site.
What you will do:
• Provide Level 2 support for infrastructure and workplace technologies, including network connectivity, servers, storage, audio-visual systems, conference room technologies, and end-user services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business customers, local affiliates, joint ventures, and IT service providers
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of local and global IT projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and enterprise standards
• Drive technology adoption through user engagement, communication, and training activities
• Act as a point of escalation for incidents and service issues, participating in problem management, change management, root cause analysis, and SWAT activities when required
• Collaborate with managed service providers and vendors to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and customer experience
• Manage procurement activities related to IT equipment, mobile devices, and site technology requirements
• Support governance and compliance activities, including IT controls reviews, access management, and audit-related processes
• Lead and support business continuity, disaster recovery, and CyberBCP testing activities to strengthen site resiliency
• Promote cybersecurity awareness and serve as a local Cyber Champion, advocating for secure technology practices
• Partner with regional and global technology teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and continuous service enhancement
• Participate in leadership and stakeholder engagement forums to communicate project progress, gather feedback, and improve user experience
• Maintain awareness of enterprise technology strategies and emerging solutions, helping connect business needs with available capabilities
About You:
Must Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, customer-facing IT support, technology operations, or related roles
• Experience supporting enterprise workplace technologies, infrastructure services, and end-user environments
• Understanding of networking, server, storage, connectivity, and collaboration technologies
• Experience coordinating technical projects and working with multiple stakeholders across business and IT organizations
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship management skills
• Experience working with vendors, service providers, and cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to balance operational support activities with project delivery responsibilities
• Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
Nice to have:
• Experience with business continuity, disaster recovery, or cyber resilience programs
• Knowledge of IT governance, controls, compliance, or audit processes
• Experience working with global IT organizations and managed service providers
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices
• Experience supporting conferencing, AV, and collaboration technologies
• Understanding of IT service management processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
• Exposure to cloud technologies and modern digital workplace solutions
