Fit Out Site Manager – Bristol Location: Bristol Rate: £300 per day Contract: Freelance / Contract Start Date: Immediate We are currently seeking an experienced Fit Out Site Manager to oversee high-quality commercial fit out projects in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive Site Manager with a strong background in delivering fast-paced interior fit out works safely, on time, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations from start to completion. Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered to programme. Maintain high standards of health and safety on site. Carry out site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular inspections. Liaise with clients, project managers, and suppliers. Monitor quality control and resolve site issues efficiently. Ensure accurate site records and progress reporting. Requirements Proven experience managing commercial fit out projects. Valid SMSTS , CSCS , and First Aid at Work certificates. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to lead subcontractors and maintain programme deadlines. Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations. Full UK driving licence preferred. What's on Offer £300 per day Immediate start available.
