Title: LCV EUCOM Poland: Laborer, Foreman Program Summary KBR leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full-service logistics support to forces deployed around the world under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program contract (LOGCAP). KBR’s enduring mission support of the LOGCAP program dates back to 1992 when we served as the contract’s original prime contractor. Job Summary Laborer Foreman to lead and supervise a team of laborers involved in various construction and maintenance projects. As a vital member of the team, the Laborer Foreman will play a key role in ensuring the effective and efficient execution of infrastructure projects critical to the mission. Roles and Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of laborers, assigning tasks, and providing guidance to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. Provide oversight of subcontracted workforce to ensure compliance with contractual requirements. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to plan and coordinate labor requirements for various construction and maintenance projects. Ensure that projects are executed in compliance with safety regulations and associated construction standards. Maintain the short range look ahead plans and discusses all deviations with the General Foreman. Manage and allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to optimize efficiency and productivity. Coordinate with logistics and supply personnel to ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites. Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that work meets established standards and specifications. Conduct inspections of completed work to identify and address any deficiencies. Enforce safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Conduct safety briefings and training sessions as needed. Maintain accurate records of labor hours, equipment usage, and materials consumed. Prepare and submit regular reports to higher headquarters on project status, completion, and any challenges faced. Perform other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications) Fluency in Polish and possessing an unrestricted right to work and reside in Poland. Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training in construction management or related field is preferred. Must have at least 3 years or directly related experience. Requires at least 1 year of leadership/supervisory/management experience. Must have proven experience as a foreman or supervisor in construction or maintenance projects. Must have a valid vehicle driver’s license and maintain its validity for the duration of employment Advanced in English proficiency: Must be able to speak, read, and write in English at an advanced level. Preferred Qualifications (Preferred Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications) Familiarity with construction practices and procedures is a plus.
