Senior Counsel

The Role We're seeking a Senior Counsel to join a growing legal and compliance team, reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer. This is a broad, business-facing role covering transactional, corporate, employment, compliance, and dispute-related matters, supporting wind turbine sales, installation, service, and operations across the region. You'll act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams and have real input into how the legal function scales alongside the business. Level and title will be confirmed based on the successful candidate's experience. What You'll Do Advise internal stakeholders on commercial contracts, corporate governance, employment, regulatory, and compliance matters Draft, review, and negotiate a range of agreements: domestic and cross-border wind turbine supply, installation, service and maintenance, logistics, procurement, vendor, contractor, and confidentiality agreements Support the build-out of company policies, governance processes, and internal controls Advise on litigation, arbitration, mediation, and other disputes, including managing external counsel Lead legal due diligence, flag risk areas, and support transaction structuring and closings Track legal and regulatory developments (trade, ethics, compliance) and turn them into practical guidance for the business Take on special projects as they come up
