Logistics Strategy And Planning Manager

What You'll Do Own logistics strategy and program development across the organization, working cross-functionally with Applications Engineering, Sales, Project Management, and Operations Identify optimal transportation modes, routing, equipment utilization, and shipment frequency for turbine components Map ports of entry, transportation routes, and delivery strategies across multiple countries, with particular emphasis on Canada Build and manage a qualified vendor pool of freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics partners Run RFP processes, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier performance end to end (sourcing, onboarding, ongoing management) Set vendor selection policy and performance targets against cost, quality, and delivery Drive continuous improvement across logistics workflows and systems Champion safety and QHSE standards across employees, contractors, and subcontractors
