Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician  Responsibilities Follow all Safety, Health & Environmental (SH&E) standards and complete monthly safety observations. Perform preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance on production equipment. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, welding, and PLC-controlled systems. Identify equipment issues and report non-conformances to the Maintenance Team Leader. Support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Monitor equipment performance to maximize uptime and reliability. Participate in TPM and continuous improvement initiatives. Complete maintenance tasks on time and recommend improvements to maintenance procedures and PM programs. Qualifications Experience in industrial/manufacturing maintenance. Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
