What does the graduate programme involve? Our two-year graduate programme is a dynamic and comprehensive initiative, designed to nurture and develop the next generation of talent. The programme allows for 3–12-month rotations across functions, business areas or locations. This will give you the opportunity to network and experience different parts of our business. We want to give you the tools and experiences you need to shape your future so you can use your passion and abilities to help us succeed in the energy transition. As a graduate or summer intern, you will contribute to decisions and processes that support Equinor’s business performance, people, projects and sustainable development. You could help shape organisational growth, support the delivery of large-scale projects, strengthen safety, security and sustainability performance, provide legal guidance, optimise supply chains, or drive commercial and business improvements.
