Procurement Lead

Engage EPC and Project team members to ensure project development plans, requisitions, contracts and payment systems are implemented in accordance with the company's established policies, procedures and business practices Communicate procurement needs to the Engineering manager and Global Supply Chain to ensure timely and adequate support for the project management team Manage procurement services with the project manager and external contractors or suppliers to develop workable contracts that provide maximum protection for the company within necessary time constraints Develop tracking controls systems to ensure efficient execution of the project Collaborate with Global Supply Chain leads to ensure that we source from reputable suppliers and take advantage of negotiated volume discounts Consult with the Project Contracts team to develop contracting procedures and processes that assure clarity in contract language Performs other duties as required
