Mine Plan Engineer Superintendent

Lead and supervise the Mine Planning team and ensure effective delivery of planning activities. Develop and manage short-, medium-, and long-term mine plans . Prepare mine schedules, production targets, and operational plans. Optimize mine design, mining sequences, production, and equipment utilization. Work closely with Geology, Mining Operations, Survey, and Technical Services teams. Monitor actual mining performance against plans and recommend corrective actions. Support production forecasting, resource optimization, and mine development strategies. Ensure mine plans comply with technical, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to Mine Planning Engineers and the wider technical team.
