NES Fircroft is recruiting experienced Electrical Commissioning Supervisors to support a large-scale iron ore infrastructure project across the Pilbara region. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity where you will lead commissioning and energisation activities across HV/LV systems, substations, overhead lines, transformers, charging infrastructure, and integrated control systems.
You will work closely with engineering, networking, construction, and operations teams to safely deliver critical electrical infrastructure within a fast-paced mining environment.

About You We are looking for candidates who bring:
Electrical Trade Qualification or Electrical Engineering Degree with current WA Electrical Licence
Proven experience as a Commissioning Supervisor or Superintendent within mining, industrial, or heavy infrastructure projects
Strong HV/LV commissioning background including substations, transformers, switchgear, overhead lines, and protection testing
Experience with energisation activities, control system integration, and working across multiple operational stakeholders
Excellent leadership, communication, and safety-focused mindset in FIFO environments
The Job Role In this role you will:
Lead commissioning and energisation activities across substations, transformers, HV/LV systems, and 3MW & 6MW charging infrastructure
Coordinate primary and secondary injection testing, HV testing, LV energisations, and system verification
Support CMS, LMS, and networking integration activities with operational and technical teams
Supervise electricians, technicians, and subcontractors to deliver safe and compliant project outcomes
Play a key role in shutdowns, camp integrations, and final handover to operations
