職務說明 1. Leverage strong knowledge of semiconductor equipment to identify AI opportunities and define a compelling product vision that aligns with business objectives, focusing on delivering value-added improvements for semiconductor equipment engineers. 2. Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on user needs, Software Product Manager(SW PM) expectations, and technical feasibility. 3. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including users, SW PM/DevOps, and AI DevOps to ensure the seamless development and delivery of AI-powered functions while maintaining high-quality standards. 4. Stay updated on the latest advancements and trends of AI, machine learning, and related technologies to make informed strategic product decisions. 職務要求 [Required] 1. Minimum of 8 years semiconductor equipment related experience, or 5 years practical experience in overseeing the development and deployment of AI applications in industrial manufacturing equipment (e.g., Semiconductor, Robotics, Machine Tools, HVAC, etc.). 2. Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. 3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. 4. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a results-oriented approach. [Preferred] 1. Experience in software product/project management. 2. Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications, particularly in semiconductor or other industrial-related fields.
