Key Responsibilities Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market presence and generate new opportunities in the international market. Identify, build, and maintain relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and other key industry stakeholders. Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through project award, ensuring consistent business growth. Support tendering and proposal activities by coordinating with internal commercial, technical, and operations teams. Lead client meetings, negotiations, presentations, and follow-up activities to secure new business opportunities. Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities and risks. Represent the company at industry events, networking activities, and business forums. Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence updates for management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or Commercial roles within the construction, building materials, manufacturing, engineering, or related industries. Experience working with developers, contractors, consultants, or project-based organizations is highly preferred. Previous exposure to the international market or experience working with Chinese speaking clients is a strong advantage. Professional working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required. Strong business acumen with proven ability to develop client relationships and drive revenue growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
