Hyderabad Project Quality Engineer

Job Purpose Participates the development, improvements and deployment of Quality Management systems and tools. Develops and coordinates employees' trainings. Job Description • Configures and upgrades the Quality Management System • Contributes to the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System • Develops and coordinates induction training to raise awareness on quality processes among employees of the site • Communicates programs, standards and procedures to the quality team and other plant employees • Participates in the elaboration of Group tools to measure performance • Recommends new quality policies or procedures to ensure high quality products, processes or services • Carries out extensive statistical analysis and work as per the result derived from the analysis • Reports regularly regarding the system performance and new developments You are meant for this job if: • Bachelor's degree preferably with a specialization in Quality (Engineering degree for Quality Engineer only, equivalent qualification for Quality Analyst) • 2 to 5 years of experience • Good knowledge of Management Systems Skills
