HR Advisor

Job Title: HR Advisor Duration: 1-year Schedule: 5/40 Location: Lima, OH This opportunity offers the chance to support core human resources operations in a fast-paced environment, with responsibility across employee data management, job descriptions, HR processes, and ServiceNow ticket resolution. The role will contribute to improving HRIS workflows, maintaining accurate records within Workday and ADP, and supporting policy alignment with current legislation and company practices. This position is well suited to candidates with strong HR systems knowledge, analytical capability, and experience across the employee life cycle. Required Education: Post-secondary degree. Required Experience: 3+ years of direct HR experience. Experience supporting employee life cycle processes including hiring, retirements, resignations, reorganisations, and transfers. Experience working with HCM and payroll systems, preferably Workday and ADP. Experience reviewing, revising, and maintaining job descriptions. Required Skills: Strong capability in employee data management and maintaining accurate HR records. Ability to triage, prioritise, and resolve ServiceNow tickets across a broad range of HR-related processes. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail. Strong analytical skills with the ability to contribute to decisions and recommendations. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams. Ability to define, document, and standardise HR processes. Ability to develop and update HR policies in line with legislation and company practices. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting site and regional HR functions. Flexibility to work from Lima, Columbus, or remotely where applicable.
