Join our Team and advance your career as a CF&Planning Performance Analyst CASTROL In this role You will: Provides insights by conducting robust analysis on relevant supply chain process performance. Analysis will be on a routine or ad hoc basis Creates and/or maintains routine performance reports and dashboards of key metrics and KPI’s with a high degree of accuracy and punctuality Designs or maintains data visualization workbooks Supports the preparation of weekly/monthly cluster performance packs Support supply chain projects (network optimization, service level improvement, logistics efficiency, etc Recommend data quality and standards improvements. Develops an approach to data management that allows easy access to, and interrogation of data associated with supply chain, planning another business activities to support decision making and to indicate/predict current and future performance Ensures data is accurate and robust, and can be used to underpin key decisions with significant impact for the organization Drive complex, even cross business report and KPI developments. Inputs ideas for continuous improvement action plans to the data lake, extraction process, reporting and visualization areas. What You need to be successful: University/College degree preferably in Economics, Supply Chain or similar Fluency in English Advanced Excel knowledge Very strong analytical skills – able to analyze and summarize complex information and prepared to drive performance improvements High level understanding of sales and supply chain activities (logistics, demand planning and supply planning processes) High understanding of the business requirements and strategy Solid knowledge of an ERP system (SAP, APO or Oracle or Kinaxis etc), Excel, Microsoft Power Automate, power BI and business reporting tools (e.g. MI/SAP Business Objects).
