Senior HR Delivery Partner

Wood is recruiting for a Senior HR Delivery Partner to join our HR team based in Alabang, Philippines, supporting stakeholders across the Philippines and Asia Pacific region.  You will be a strategic partner to business leaders, driving people initiatives, employee engagement, talent development, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness to support business growth and operational excellence.  This is a full-time, permanent position offering the opportunity to work within a global organisation and collaborate with diverse teams across multiple geographies. The Senior HR Delivery Partner acts as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, providing strategic and operational HR support across the employee lifecycle.  The role partners with business leaders to deliver people solutions, drive engagement, manage employee relations, support organizational change, and build leadership capability while ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations. Additionally, the role serves as an engagement champion and lead HR advisor in-country, providing mentorship and guidance to the broader HR team.
