<br> <div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'>Job Purpose</H2> </div><div><p>Provide technical expertise and engineering support to workshop and static equipment maintenance in the plant.</p></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'>Job Specific Accountabilities </H2> </div><div><p><strong>Workshop Maintenance</strong><br />•    Monitor the activities in the workshop to ensure efficiency and compliance to procedures.<br />•    Provide technical support solutions to trouble shoot problems related to Fabrication, Welding & machining related activities inside the plant.<br />•    Coordinate action for replacements or obsolete equipment and develop repair strategies for corrective action.<br />•    Provide technical advice on development proposals involving modifications or additions to existing systems, ensuring the implementation of Company’s policies and procedures.<br />•    Prepare Preventive Maintenance Plans and implement to reduce down time and optimize resource utilization.<br />•    Review ongoing workshop maintenance and repair projects to provide engineering support for their completion.<br />•    Prepare and verify procedures/methodologies for critical fabrication, welding and machining related maintenance jobs to achieve the task in compliance with Company’s standards and policies<br />•    Carry out the multidisciplinary workshop activities and overhaul work for availability and safe operations.<br /><strong>Technical evaluation and Equipment / Materials Control</strong><br />•    Participate in the pre-qualification and procurement activities through Technical Review, order finalization and follow up for timely delivery & availability. <br />•    Prepare requisitions for the issue of correct materials, tools and safety equipment and raise direct charge PR/PFS for non-stock items and service PR for the repairable items to ensure availability.<br />•    Coordinate issue of equipment with Material Management Department, to ensure required stock availability.</p></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'>Minimum Qualification</H2> </div><div><p>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Professional Qualification.</p></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'>Minimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills</H2> </div><div><p>6 years of experience, in workshop, maintenance of static equipment and field experience in a diversified oil and gas processing environment within a large organization.</p></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'>Professional Certifications</H2> </div><div><p>As applicable</p></div></div></div><br>
