<br> <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">About the Job</span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); text-size-adjust: none; text-decoration: underline;"> </span></strong></p><p>Lead and execute project engineering activities across the full project lifecycle -from concept through engineering, construction, commissioning, and handover - ensuring delivery in line with safety, quality, schedule, cost, and Value Assurance Process (VAP) requirements.</p><p> </p><p>The role requires strong coordination with engineering disciplines, Central Engineering, contractors, licensors, vendors and operations teams to ensure technical compliance, effective project execution, and timely delivery of projects.</p><p><strong><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); text-size-adjust: none; text-decoration: underline;"> </span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); text-size-adjust: none; text-decoration: underline;"> </span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); text-size-adjust: none; text-decoration: underline;">Key Accountabilities</span></strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>Project Engineering & Execution</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Lead and support execution of projects across FEED, detailed engineering, construction, and commissioning phases</li><li>Develop and review Statements of Requirement (SOR) and project execution strategies</li><li>Support preparation of tender documents and evaluation of consultants, PMC, and EPC contractors</li><li>Review contractor engineering deliverables, construction methodologies, and execution plans</li><li>Monitor project progress and identify bottlenecks with recommended corrective actions</li><li>Lead value engineering, constructability reviews, and technical workshops</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Stakeholder & Interface Management</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, licensors, contractors, vendors, and third parties</li><li>Participate in project meetings, design reviews, and progress tracking sessions</li><li>Ensure alignment across multidisciplinary stakeholders for efficient project execution</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Project Control, Contracts & Cost</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Monitor contractor performance, costs, and invoices in coordination with cost control functions</li><li>Evaluate contractor claims and support negotiations and contract close-out</li><li>Track project variations, risks, and trends impacting cost and schedule</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Risk, Quality & Compliance</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Conduct risk analysis, Project HSE Reviews (PHSER), and ATR reviews in line with ADNOC procedures</li><li>Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety requirements, and quality expectations</li><li>Review site safety audit plans and ensure proper implementation at project level</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Reporting & Documentation</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Maintain project documentation, records, close-out reports, and technical deliverables</li><li>Provide inputs to progress reporting for management review</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Construction, Commissioning & Handover</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Coordinate pre-commissioning and commissioning activities with contractors and Operations teams</li><li>Review commissioning procedures, readiness plans, and documentation</li><li>Monitor punch list closure and ensure project completion prior to PAC issuance</li><li>Facilitate handover of facilities and support start-up and operational readiness</li></ul><p><strong><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); text-size-adjust: none; text-decoration: underline;"> </span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); text-size-adjust: none; text-decoration: underline;">Minimum Requirements</span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); text-size-adjust: none; text-decoration: underline;"> </span></strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Bachelor Degree in Engineering</li><li>At least 8 years in project engineering in an oil and gas industry</li><li>Strong ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary project engineering activities</li><li>Effective control of project execution, contractors, and technical deliverables</li><li>Proactive identification and mitigation of engineering and project risks</li><li>Consistent adherence to ADNOC VAP, standards, and governance requirements</li><li>Strong coordination between Engineering, Projects, and Operations</li></ul><br>
