Al Reyadah is, therefore, a critical enabler of ADNOC’s 2030 sustainability goals. </span></p><p>JOB PURPOSE:<br>Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operational activities on Jebel Dhanna, Fujairah Terminal Offshore &<br>Al Nouf marine concession area including safe navigation, pilotage, tanker berthing, loading / unloading<br>operations and management of vessels, inspection of marine navigational aids, devices, and to maintain<br>infrastructure and offshore facilities reliable and available in accordance with international standards and local<br>code and regulation and guidelines from IMO( International Maritime Organization, ISGOTT ( International<br>Safety Guide for oil tankers and terminals ,OCIMF(Oil companies international marine forum) and<br>classification society rules etc.</p><p><br>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:<br>Job Specific Accountabilities<br>• Monitors marine contractor’s activities at Jebel Dhanna Terminal involved in the provision of pilotage,<br>mooring/unmooring, loading operations, maintenance of offshore oil installation and compliance with<br>safety regulations and within terminal parameters.<br>• Monitor’s coordination, passage plan management of contractor’s activities (crew boats, barges and<br>support vessels) within AON Marine Concession with the provision of transporting personnel,<br>equipment’s, dredging and maintenance activities of associated marine infrastructure including<br>pontoons and jetties ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operating guidelines.<br>• Ensure safe operations, assigning mooring locations and directing the provision of mooring assistance<br>to vessels.<br>• Ensure safe unloading operation under the CRF (Crude receiving facility) project within the terminal’s<br>safe process envelope.<br>• Ensure coordination with tanker and loading master’s on safe COW (Crude oil washing) operation while<br>unloading.<br>• Periodic assessment of compatibility between offshore terminal and offloading tankers by providing<br>specialist guidance on equipment and procedure for mooring and cargo transfer of crude oil.<br>• Review master program expected time of arrivals (ETAs) for tankers and nominations, allocation of<br>berths in accordance with size of tankers and rates of loading.</p><p>• Review Inspection reports of channel & buoys and other marine safety equipment provide advice to<br>Marine Engineers for regular maintenance of buoys by contractor to ensure positioning for safe<br>navigation.<br>• Update bathymetric surveys and coordinate plotting following the UKHO Admiralty chart.<br>• Administer marine operations contracts. Includes, preparing specifications/scope of work, negotiating<br>contracts terms and conditions, inspecting completed work to ensure compliance with contract terms,<br>verifying contractor's invoices and processing for payment.<br>• Participate in resolving noncompliance to all relevant process safety elements and integrity compliance<br>KPI and report any deviation from the environment requirements.<br>• Participates in all tendering, contracting and administration procedures related to the Marine Operations<br>Contract from inception to contract award, including preparing, scheduling and auditing contractors’<br>activities to ensure that work is carried out in accordance with the required standards and in compliance<br>with contract clauses.<br>• Carryout patrolling activities of marine concession area including inspections of marine jetties, pontoons<br>and periodic vesting inspections of marine craft vessels and marine diversity wildlife monitoring.<br>• Reviews all project documents related to marine and offshore operations, includes reviewing scope of<br>work, technical specifications to ensure compatibility and maintainability of new plant and equipment,<br>reviewing and commenting on conceptual, basic and detailed design packages.<br>• Ensures all offshore activities are carried out in accordance with the International Ship & Port Facilities<br>Security Code (ISPS Code), adhering to the terms and conditions of the Code.<br>• Operates a marine control center, maintaining and monitoring radio communication system and<br>coverage within Al Nou
