Partner with the best As a Services Experienced Professional, you will play a key role in supporting repair processing activities, vendor coordination, and procurement operations. You will utilize enterprise systems such as SAP, Ariba, MAPS, and DMS to manage transactions, support indirect sourcing activities, and ensure compliance with company procedures. Working closely with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers, you will help drive operational efficiency and deliver excellent customer service. As a Services Experienced Professional, you will be responsible for: Coordinating outside processing of repairs with approved vendors while ensuring compliance with established procedures. Utilizing enterprise systems such as SAP, Ariba, MAPS, and DMS to support daily operational and procurement activities. Applying departmental knowledge to ensure efficient workflow execution and adherence to repair and sourcing processes. Managing indirect sourcing activities, including Ariba transactions, invoice reconciliation, and goods receipt processing. Communicating effectively with internal teams, vendors, and customers to resolve issues and support business objectives. Handling administrative tasks such as filing, record maintenance, documentation, and transaction processing. Organizing and prioritizing multiple tasks to meet deadlines and maintain operational efficiency. Supporting special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned. Working independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of accuracy and accountability. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role, you will: Have a High School Diploma, GED, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field. Have general business, procurement, supply chain, or operations experience. Have strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Have the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under stringent deadlines. Demonstrate a strong commitment to teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Be self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with enterprise systems such as SAP, Ariba, MAPS, and DMS. Have experience supporting procurement processes including purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, and goods receipt activities.
