Role Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for executing on muliple HR processes and supporting the HR team across all HR service categories including onboarding, offboarding, Oracle data maintenance, reporting, metrics and more. Develop an in-depth, wing-to-wing knowledge of company HR operations systems & processes. This role requires emphasis on data integrity and analysis to support key HR decisions while providing coverage and support as needed. Identify and resolve operational issues and support process improvement. Promote “Best in Class” service while developing effective relationships and working cross functionally with internal teams and suppliers. Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities Lead the team’s processes by demonstrating high proficiency in HR processes, policies, and standard operating procedures for day-to-day HR related transactions including promotions, salary changes end of employments, one-time payments, verification of employment and employee inquiries. Implement continuous improvement initiatives for processes and team efficiency. Provide excellent customer service support on HR related activities. Ensure consistent and reliable service for customers. Ensure compliance to requirements of regions, countries, and delivery centre. Able to lead team as a delegate in the absence of the Team Leader. Train the trainers on subjects not covered by day-to-day operations. Identify training needs and propose training activities. Manage cases/requests – focusing on more complex requests. Assist specialists in completing requests due to backlog/high volume. Responsible for the revision of daily and weekly KPI´s as well as the accountability of the specialists to follow the KPIs best-practices. Lead the monthly productivity tracker to ensure correct mapping of timing spent on activities as well as capacity tracker. Responsible for the distribution of daily workload to ensure the operational excellence and best-in-class of operation. Act as a PMO of country/sub-region projects (medium and high complexity). Coach specialists on projects of low complexity. Partake on projects as SME of the country/sub-region in all phases of the project (design, UAT, implementation and stabilization). Act as a change agent for HRSS and stakeholders, vendors when applicable. Any other duties that reflect the responsibilities of this role, or as assigned. Required Qualifications Proficiency in English communication both written and verbal. Spanish or Portuguese as a third language other than the native one is highly valuable. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in related area (or a high school graduate/GED or equivalent with at least 4 years of relevant work experience) At least 2 years’ experience in HR in areas such as but not limited to: Operations, Payroll, Benefits, Recruitment, Leave of Absence, Records, another Center of Excellence role, Generalist, etc. Experience with handling regional processes and managing a variety of stakeholders. Be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills along with interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability in handling sensitive situations and maintaining a high degree of confidentiality. Be a champion of customer care, committed to maintaining the highest standards of service quality Familiarity with customer service environment and ability to meet identified targets, KPIs and SLAs. High proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) Desired Characteristics Have strong previous work experience in Brazil México and other Latin-American countries. Knowledge of ServiceNow, Workday, SAP or related HR ERPs Have first class organizational skills with an emphasis on time management and attention to detail. Has worked independently in a fast-paced multicultural environment. Previous experience in HR Operations, Payroll & Benefits, or Global Mobility Services preferred.
