As a Laboratory Specialist , you will be responsible for: Understanding of performance of laboratory testing protocols for both research and Technical Support. Management of Laboratory Projects within the Laboratory. Generation, collection, and organization of laboratory data, to include detailed reporting of same for both field support work and research projects. Collaboration with HQ project teams. Ensuring that laboratory and lab equipment are clean, maintained and organized. Staying abreast of HSE and Waste disposal  Assisting in project planning and review . May participate in customer interface Planing new equipment purchases as required Assessing results for applicability, validity and conformance to specifications for all employees of Laboratory. To be successful in this role you will: Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering or mathematics Excellent leadership, interpersonal, influencing and planning skills Understanding of Laboratory testing, analytical characterizations and measurement techniques. Knowledge of fluids used in the oil & gas industry. Proficiency in using Microsoft office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.  Good project management skills Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team, delivering project presentations Willing to travel domestically and internationally for training or product support, approximately 2-4 weeks per year.
