Project Coordinator Civil Solar Project

Location: Chanthaburi, Thailand Contract Duration: 6 Months (Contract Role) Working Days: 6 days Salary: Up to 45,000 THB (base on experience) About the Role We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Project Coordinator (Civil) to support the execution of a solar energy project in Chantaburi. The successful candidate will act as the key coordination point between the project site and the Head Office in Bangkok, ensuring civil works are carried out according to project requirements, specifications, and quality standards. This role requires an individual with practical civil inspection experience who can monitor site activities, identify issues, coordinate inspections, and communicate project updates effectively to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily project activities between the construction site and Head Office in Bangkok. Monitor and inspect civil works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements. Conduct site inspections and identify construction quality issues, defects, or non-conformance items. Recommend and coordinate additional civil inspections when required. Prepare and submit site progress reports, inspection reports, and project updates. Facilitate communication among contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams. Track project progress and support timely resolution of site issues. Support project documentation, records management, and reporting requirements. Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to project schedules. Participate in site meetings and provide updates on construction progress, quality, and risks. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards throughout project execution. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in civil construction, site coordination, or civil inspection. Mandatory experience in solar energy projects (utility-scale solar, solar farm, or rooftop solar projects). Hands-on experience conducting civil inspections and construction quality checks. Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and inspection requirements. Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Good reporting and documentation skills. Able to work on-site in Chantaburi for the full contract duration. Preferred Qualifications Experience in renewable energy, EPC, or infrastructure projects. Familiarity with QA/QC processes and construction inspection procedures. Basic English communication skills for reporting and coordination with stakeholders.
