Principal Specialist Recycling Operations

Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in metallurgical engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline. * Master’s degree is desirable. Minimum Experience: * Minimum 12 years of industrial manufacturing experience. * Minimum 7 years of direct experience in aluminum recycling operations. * Demonstrated experience in secondary aluminum melting and casting operations. * Experience in startup, commissioning, or ramp-up of recycling facilities is highly preferred. * Experience working in multinational manufacturing environments. * Proven experience leading operational improvement initiatives.
