🚨 Hiring: Construction Lead Piping / Mechanical | Offshore Oil & Gas Project 📍 Location: Offshore 📄 Contract Type: Long-Term Contract 🌊 Work Schedule: 100% Offshore 🔄 Rotation: 28 Days ON / 28 Days OFF 📠Working Days: 7 Days per Week ⏰ Working Hours: 12 Hours per Day About the Role We are seeking an experienced Construction Lead Piping / Mechanical to lead the offshore execution oversight and hook-up activities for piping systems and mechanical equipment on a major Oil & Gas project. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation and welding of exotic piping systems, including CRA, Inconel, and Stainless Steel , while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and project execution. Key Responsibilities ✅ Lead and promote a strong offshore safety culture to ensure a safe working environment. ✅ Provide oversight of offshore piping and mechanical installation activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and procedures. ✅ Support flawless project execution, commissioning, and start-up readiness. ✅ Monitor contractor execution and progress to ensure work is completed safely and according to schedule. ✅ Serve as the PMT Offshore Focal Point for all piping and mechanical technical queries (TQs). ✅ Review job cards, work packs, and completion records to ensure timely close-out of tasks. ✅ Support Permit to Work (PTW) activities and participate in daily offshore progress meetings. ✅ Assist the Offshore Hook-Up Head in coordinating execution activities. ✅ Participate in risk assessments, technical reviews, constructability reviews, and hook-up meetings. ✅ Support brownfield work activities and shutdown planning where required. Qualification Requirements 🎓 Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science.
