Hiring: Head of Business | Oil & Gas Sector Location: Doha, Qatar Contract Type: Long-Term Contract Work Schedule: 100% Onshore Rotation: 12 Weeks ON / 2 Weeks OFF Working Days: 6 Days per Week Working Hours: 8-10 Hours per Day About the Role We are seeking an experienced Head of Business to support the Business Division Manager in leading and coordinating critical business activities, including: ✅ Corporate Communications & Media Management ✅ Governance & Executive Reporting ✅ Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment ✅ Multimedia Content Strategy & Production ✅ Leadership Support & Business Coordination This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a professional with extensive experience in the Oil & Gas industry, strong governance capabilities, and advanced communication and multimedia expertise. Key Responsibilities 🔹 Lead and execute the Communications Strategy aligned with business objectives. 🔹 Develop and deliver multi-channel communications across internal, external, and digital platforms. 🔹 Manage the end-to-end production of multimedia content, including: Videos Animations Motion Graphics Leadership Communications Event Coverage 🔹 Drive stakeholder engagement activities and support governance forums, including: Steering Committees Technical Committees (TechCom) Executive Committees (ExCom) Project Leadership Team (PLT) 🔹 Coordinate and standardize governance reporting, including: Weekly Reports Monthly Reports Quarterly Performance Reviews (QPR) Executive Reports 🔹 Provide strategic business support to the Division Manager and act as delegate when required.
