Role: Local Delivery Specialist - I&I Shift: 2pm – 11pm IST or 3PM to 12AM IST Location: Pune Office Key Accountabilities: The Input & Integration Specialist ensures accurate and compliant payroll processing by preparing and monitoring payroll data, coordinating with outsourced service providers, and supporting audits and regulatory requests. They also oversee Employee data quality, participate in payroll & file Integration activities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Prepares and monitors payroll data ensuring processes and data are in place for payroll processing per local country requirements and regulations. Works in coordination with the outsourced service provider(s) to ensure build to gross data is prepared and submitted in line with agreed payroll calendars, reviews pre -payroll run data and verification, and provides final sign off to vendor prior to final payroll runs to employees. Participate on start of year and end of year Payroll activities related to Integration from Workday. Supports audits and regulatory requests for payroll data and responds to and processes requests for changes to Payroll data. Monitors payroll input data quality (e.g. rewards, performance, time and attendance etc.) and process payroll impacts. Identify, raise and apply continuous improvements to area of expertise. Support projects related to system releases, local policies and processes changes, and local continuous improvements initiatives. Understand how each step of the workflows work and what are needed for the desired outcome from the customer Ability to differentiate between countries and or businesses and business scenarios of what is needed and when there may be local delivery activity Adherence to Service and Solutions Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) Willingness to support ad hoc business and Services & Solutions project work as required Work collaboratively with other regions to identify, raise and apply continuous improvements to services Support acceptance testing for Services & Solutions technology changes Continually enhances self-awareness and actively seeks input from others on impact and effectiveness Good organizational skills – works both proactively and reactively and able to manage multiple priorities and complete tasks on time Applies judgment and insight to all activities performed Ability to display excellent communication skills both written and verbally An individual contributor and team player who proactively provides support to colleagues and works well within a team Demonstrates strong customer service skills Acknowledges, manages and mitigates risk and acts with high level of integrity and respect for data privacy Skills: Strong customer service skills Digital fluency – strong systems computer skills experience across full spectrum of Office programmed analytical support tools Proven ability to skillfully navigate tiered support model Knows when to seek support from other subject matter experts ADP Knowledge or Payroll Background is strongly desired. Any HRIS(Workday - Integration Event, EIB process), knowledge is good to enhance the process. Numeracy & analytical thinking – able to generate quickly effectively analyze range of data to provide accurate timely information to inform business decisions Excellent personal organizational skills – good balance of being proactive reactive; ability to manage multiple priorities complete tasks on time.
