Here, you’ll find a place to grow and unlock your full potential. 1. Velar por el cumplimiento de las normas y políticas de Seguridad, Calidad, Medio Ambiente y Sistema de Gestión Energética. 2. Brindar apoyo a los Encargados y Supervisión de Mantenimiento en la ejecución actividades. 3. Realizar tareas de ejecución de mantenimiento de todos los equipos bajo responsabilidad de Equipos Dinámicos de la Refinería: bombas, compresores, turbinas, agitadores, ventiladores, turbocompresores, etc., con seguridad, calidad y de manera eficiente. 4. Conocer los indicadores de gestión de mantenimiento y velar por la mejora continua de los mismos. 5. Solicitar a los clientes internos la entrega de equipos para sus respectivos mantenimientos. 6. Controlar los recursos utilizados verificando sean los adecuados para cumplir con los planes de trabajo. 7. Efectuar otras tareas adicionales y complementarias solicitadas por su supervisor inmediato relacionadas con el desempeño del puesto. 8. Realizar el registro de sus horas hombre en el sistema SAP. 9. Ejecutar reparaciones de Equipos Dinámicos en taller, por medio de soldadura eléctrica, oxiacetileno, tornos, fresadores, cepillos, esmeriles, taladros y otros equipos de precisión; confeccionar o reconstruir partes dañadas de roscas, ejes cilíndricos y cónicos, poleas, engranajes, tuercas y algunas otras piezas metálicas y no metálicas de Equipos Dinámicos.
