About the Role An exciting opportunity has become available for a Contracts Specialist or Senior Contracts Specialist to join a busy project delivery team supporting critical offshore infrastructure activities. Due to a significant increase in contract management and procurement activities associated with remediation works on a key marine asset, the team is seeking an experienced contracts professional who can either independently manage complex contract packages or support the day-to-day administration of multiple contract activities. This role is suited to either: A senior contracts professional with 10+ years of experience who can take ownership of large, complex work packages; or A contracts generalist with approximately 5 years of experience who can manage contract extensions, variations, procurement requests and commercial administration activities, allowing senior team members to focus on major project deliverables. Key Responsibilities Draft, review and administer a range of contracts and commercial agreements. Manage contract variations, extensions, amendments and claims processes. Support procurement and sourcing activities in accordance with company procedures. Coordinate tendering, evaluation and contract award processes. Engage with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of contract outcomes. Monitor contractor performance and compliance with contractual obligations. Maintain accurate contract records and documentation. Identify commercial risks and support mitigation strategies. Assist with commercial reporting and contract governance activities. Ideal Candidate For Senior-Level Candidates 10+ years of contracts, procurement or commercial management experience. Proven ability to independently manage high-value and complex contract packages. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Experience supporting major capital projects, maintenance programmes, or offshore operations would be highly regarded. For Mid-Level Candidates Around 5 years of contracts, procurement or commercial administration experience. Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and commercial processes. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
