Workover Consultant Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Workover Consultant to lead and oversee well workover, intervention, completion, and recompletion activities in the field. This role acts as the Company's on-site representative, ensuring operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory and company standards. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proven ability to make critical decisions in dynamic operational environments. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and supervise workover, completion, recompletion, and well intervention operations. Execute approved workover programs and recommend operational adjustments based on changing well conditions. Serve as the Company's field representative, managing contractors and third-party service providers to ensure operational excellence. Monitor daily rig and wellsite activities, including: Tubing and completion operations Well control activities Fishing and recovery operations Stimulation and remediation work Ensure full compliance with HSE policies, industry regulations, and company procedures. Lead pre-job planning sessions, Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and daily toolbox meetings. Monitor operational performance, service quality, material utilization, and cost efficiency. Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans to maintain safe and productive operations. Troubleshoot well issues and provide technical recommendations to optimize outcomes. Maintain clear communication with engineering, production, field operations, and management teams. Prepare and submit accurate daily operational reports, cost tracking reports, and final well summaries. Required Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of oilfield experience, including 5+ years in Workover, Well Intervention, or Wellsite Supervision roles. Strong knowledge of: Well control operations Completion systems Tubing and downhole operations Fishing tools and techniques Stimulation treatments and intervention methodologies Current IWCF or IADC Well Control Certification. Solid understanding of industry regulations, operational standards, and HSE requirements. Ability to read and interpret well schematics, completion reports, operational procedures, and technical programs. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with: Microsoft Office Suite Microsoft Teams WellView KPA Salesforce Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting both conventional and unconventional well operations. Knowledge of production optimization strategies and artificial lift systems. Previous experience working with multiple asset teams and diverse service providers. Strong understanding of operational cost control and performance improvement initiatives. Work Environment Field-based position with rotational schedules and extended working hours as required. Frequent exposure to outdoor environments and varying weather conditions. Travel to multiple well sites may be required. Must be comfortable working in remote locations and high-activity operational settings. #LI-LD1
