Job Title: Senior Project Manager Duration: 12 months (possibility of extension) Schedule: 5/40 Sponsorship Provided: No Location: Southeast PA into Northern DE Prefers candidates in PA, DE, MD, NJ, VA (other locations are fine, if they are in EST or CST and willing to travel to the project site biweekly/monthly). This opportunity sits within a diversified energy delivery business supporting major capital projects across natural gas transmission and distribution, electricity generation and distribution, propane gas distribution, mobile compressed natural gas, and renewable natural gas services. The role is focused on leading complex, high-value capital projects with accountability for project performance across scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and stakeholder satisfaction. This position will suit candidates with strong capital project leadership experience, including FERC permitting and linear project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex capital projects. Establish project execution strategies and project delivery plans. Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and resource allocation. Lead project risk assessments and mitigation planning. Direct change management and issue resolution activities. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Oversee contractor and consultant performance. Facilitate executive-level project reviews and governance meetings. Ensure compliance with corporate, regulatory, and contractual requirements. Identify project improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions. Mentor junior project managers and project coordinators. Support portfolio planning and project prioritisation activities. Required Education & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline. Required Experience: 5–8 years of project management experience Demonstrated experience managing complex capital projects Experience managing projects exceeding $100 million Utility, transmission, LNG, pipeline, infrastructure, or major capital project experience Portfolio management experience Required Skills: Must have experience with FERC permitting Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Experience managing project risk, cost, and schedule performance Preferred Education & Certifications: PMP certification (Preferred) Preferred Skills, Experience & Qualifications: Pipeline project experience is preferred #LI-AP
