Assistant Operator Cementing

<br> <p><strong>JOB PURPOSE :</strong><br>Assists in the execution of cementing operations to support oilfield services activities. Ensures the safe, efficient,<br>and quality delivery of cementing services to achieve well integrity, zonal isolation, and operational performance<br>in line with ADNOC and client requirements.</p><p><strong>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:</strong><br>Job Specific:<br>· Assist in the preparation, rig-up, and rig-down of cementing equipment, units, and accessories at the well site.<br>· Support cementing operations including primary cementing, squeeze cementing, plug setting, and remedial<br>cementing under the supervision of the Cementing Operator and Supervisor.<br>· Assist in mixing, pumping, and displacement of cement slurry while monitoring pressures, rates, and volumes<br>as instructed.<br>· Handle bulk cement, additives, mixing systems, lines, manifolds, and pumping equipment ensuring correct<br>connection and safe operation.<br>· Support pre-job checks, equipment inspections, function tests, and routine maintenance of cementing units<br>and related equipment.<br>· Assist in troubleshooting operational issues during cementing jobs and report abnormalities to the Cementing<br>Operator or Supervisor.<br>· Maintain proper handling, storage, and housekeeping of cementing chemicals, additives, tools, and equipment.<br>· Coordinate with rig crew, drilling team, and other service lines to ensure smooth and timely execution of<br>cementing operations.<br>· Comply with all UAE, ADNOC, ADNOC Drilling, and Client Asset Integrity Management codes of practice and<br>operational standards.</p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:</strong></p><p>Minimum Qualification<br>· Secondary School Certificate (or equivalent)<br>Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills<br>· Minimum 1 years practical mechanical exposure or in similar position.<br>· Given the nature of oil field service work, must possess good interpersonal and communications skills.<br>· Computer awareness in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel programmes.<br>· Simple written and spoken English.</p><br>
