Procurement Specialist

Coordinate sourcing activities including RFQ/RFP development, issuance and management Support scope development, supplier engagement, supplier briefings and bid clarification activities Evaluate commercial proposals and support tender assessment processes in line with procurement policy Contribute to contract negotiations and commercial discussions Prepare and execute contract documentation Maintain accurate contract records and documentation Build effective relationships with suppliers and stakeholders Collaborate with internal teams to support the execution of procurement plans
