Service Supervisor III - Cementing (Stavanger, 11, NO, 4065)

The Cementing Department is seeking engaged and experienced Offshore Supervisors within Cementing to work on the Remote center, onshore. The position includes operational and leadership responsibility and great communication skills towards internal and external customers. The primary workplace will be onshore; however, periods of offshore work may be expected. Our values are the foundation of everything we do. Job Responsibilities Lead and coordinate remote cementing operations Overall operational responsibility for planning, execution, and follow-up Provide operational and technical leadership to offshore cementers Ensure operations are conducted in accordance with procedures and standards Quality control of chemicals, equipment, and cementing operations Follow-up on operations, completion of paperwork and reporting Act as a role model and driver for HSE activities, including risk assessments Maintain close cooperation with customers, operators, and other onshore/offshore personnel Qualifications Solid offshore cementing experience – Min. 10 years experience as an offshore cementer Experience in a supervisory or coordinating role is preferred Technical background within petroleum, mechanical disciplines, or cementing Trade certificates are an advantage; relevant experience may compensate Good command of both Norwegian and English Good computer skills Personal Qualities We are looking for a structured and confident leader with strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and guide teams onshore / offshore.
