Salary & Benefits $65/hour + Superannuation 12-month contract with strong potential for extension or permanent employment 12-hour shifts on a balanced lifestyle roster Fortnightly pay through NES Fircroft's online payroll system Flexible start date available Work within a well-established and safety-focused operation Dedicated NES Fircroft Consultant and Contractor Care support throughout your assignment Invitations to NES Fircroft contractor networking and engagement events Opportunity to access future contracts and career opportunities through NES Fircroft's extensive client network About You Mechanical Trade Qualification (Mechanical Fitter, Heavy Duty Fitter or equivalent) Proven experience maintaining fixed plant equipment within mining, ports, processing, or heavy industry environments Experience working on bulk materials handling equipment such as Train Unloaders, Stackers, Reclaimers and/or Shiploaders highly regarded Strong commitment to safety and working within established maintenance procedures Current EWP, Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets are desirable The Job Role Perform planned, breakdown and corrective maintenance on critical fixed plant assets Support equipment reliability, plant availability and continuous improvement initiatives Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults across bulk materials handling equipment Work collaboratively with operations and maintenance teams to achieve production targets Contribute to a safe and efficient workplace through proactive hazard identification and compliance with site procedures Apply / What Happens Next Does this sound like the job for you?
