Industrial, Administración o afines Manejo de Excel a nivel intermedio Manejo Power BI a nivel intermedio Deseable interés o experiencia en áreas de logística Funciones: Actualizar y controlar el inventario y mermas de productos y derivados en terminales, asegurando la confiabilidad de la información operativa y contable. Actualizar y revisar el coeficiente de uso de terminales para el cálculo de capacidades y reporting mensual. Revisar y controlar el inventario de filtros y precintos en terminales, coordinando su abastecimiento, reposición y consumo en planta. Elaborar, actualizar y analizar dashboards e indicadores de gestión logística para la toma de decisiones y presentación a la alta gerencia. Elaborar reportes periódicos de inventarios, capacidades, atención al cliente, costos logísticos y desempeño operativo. Gestionar el registro y actualización de información operativa en SAP, incluyendo volumen inventarios, coeficientes de uso y movimientos de materiales. Automatizar procesos y reportes asociados al control de inventarios y Balance Volumétrico mediante herramientas digitales. Participar activamente en proyectos de automatización y mejora continua, levantando información de procesos y proponiendo oportunidades de optimización en terminales y RLP. Soportar en la programación y coordinación de transferencias de productos entre terminales, incluyendo la generación de solicitudes y seguimiento de su ejecución.
