Business & Technology Development Manager (m/f/d)

About the Role NOV is creating this new strategic position to strengthen our direct engagement with selected European oil & gas operators. While our commercial teams work closely with drilling contractors, this role focuses on building long-term relationships with the operators who ultimately influence technology selection and investment decisions. As Business & Technology Development Manager, you will become NOV's primary commercial and technology representative for selected operator accounts. Your focus will be understanding customer strategies, identifying emerging challenges, and connecting operators with the right expertise and technologies from across NOV's extensive portfolio. Success in this role requires the ability to combine technical understanding with commercial insight, building trusted relationships that create long-term business opportunities rather than transactional sales.
