What you'll be doing Leading and supporting a team (~3), delivering end-to-end property settlements Managing daily workflow allocation, team capacity, and deadlines Acting as an escalation point for complex or high-value matters Maintaining a hands-on approach with settlements and PEXA workspaces Overseeing lodgements, post-settlement activities, and quality of outputs Ensuring SLAs, KPIs, turnaround times, and client expectations are met Driving continuous improvement across processes and operations Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members Supporting onboarding, training, and capability development Managing shared communication channels and ensuring timely responses Partnering with clients to deliver a high-quality, consistent experience
