KBR is looking for Project Control Manager to be based in– Site Abu Dhabi UAE Develop and maintain project schedules (Primavera P6/MS Project). Monitor project progress and prepare weekly/monthly reports. Track costs, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow. Analyze schedule delays and cost variances. Manage progress measurement and earned value reporting. Coordinate with construction, engineering, procurement, and subcontractor teams. Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans. Review contractor claims, variations, and change orders. Support management with KPI dashboards and executive reports. Ensure compliance with client and company project control procedures. Required Skills Primavera P6 scheduling expertise. Cost control and budgeting. Earned Value Management (EVM). Risk management. Progress measurement and reporting. Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of EPC, EPCM, and Oil & Gas construction projects. Typical Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. 20+ years of experience in Project Controls within Oil & Gas. PMP, PMI-SP, or AACE certifications are advantageous. ADNOC experience is preferred. Interested and suitable candidates who are matching the above criteria please apply for the role.
