Senior Project Manager

Introduction

Our client, a leader in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a proven track record of managing capital projects valued at $6-7 million or more. This role plays a critical part in driving operational efficiency, managing complex capital investments, and delivering technical expertise to optimize plant performance. The position offers the opportunity to work across multiple manufacturing sites with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation in food production systems

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle delivery of large-scale capital projects, from design through to commissioning.
• Manage multi-million-dollar budgets, cost tracking, and vendor negotiations to ensure high-value returns.
• Provide technical leadership and troubleshooting support for equipment and services within the plant.
• Work with regulatory authorities to secure project-related permits and approvals.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and lead cross-functional teams to implement best-in-class solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Plant Managers and stakeholders to implement process technologies and efficiency upgrades across manufacturing facilities.
