The successful candidate will work closely with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering and Project teams to ensure electrical maintenance activities are appropriately scoped, planned, budgeted, resourced and ready for safe and efficient execution.
This is a contract opportunity through to January 2027, offering $78-$90 per hour + superannuation, depending on experience. Residential arrangements are available, with a 5/2, 4/3 FIFO roster from Perth also considered for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed electrical maintenance plans and execution-ready work packs.
Ensure labour, materials, tooling, contractor services and supporting documentation are available ahead of scheduled work.
Integrate engineering and project requirements into maintenance plans.
Prepare maintenance forecasts, budgets and cost estimates.
Monitor maintenance expenditure and support ongoing cost tracking and forecasting.
Utilise forecasting tools to provide accurate cost and resource projections.
Ensure planned electrical work meets statutory, regulatory and site compliance requirements.
Drive planning quality and ensure work is fully prepared for safe and efficient execution.
Review equipment performance, maintenance history and recurring issues to identify improvement opportunities.
Participate in planning, scheduling, budgeting and maintenance review meetings.
Monitor planned versus actual performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Build strong working relationships across Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, Projects and contractor teams.
