You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer engagement, streamline sales processes, and contribute to achieving organizational objectives. As a Sales Specialist – Sales Enabler - Norco, LA, you will be responsible for: Building long-term strategic relationships with customers by understanding their business requirements, providing account management support, and identifying sales opportunities. Identifying, coordinating, and collaborating with internal teams to drive projects, technical sales activities, and innovative solutions that create value for customers. Developing and delivering business reviews, presentations, and customer engagement activities to support sales growth and customer satisfaction. Supporting the day-to-day management of customer accounts and commercial activities to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence. Demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships with customers, sales teams, and key stakeholders. Ensuring compliance with Sales and Service Standards across customer accounts and commercial processes. Supporting sales enablement programs, tools, and initiatives that improve sales effectiveness and customer engagement. Analyzing customer needs and market opportunities to develop solutions that support business growth and customer success. To be Successful in This Role, You Will: Have experience in industrial water treatment processes, systems, and applications. Have laboratory experience in water and wet chemistry testing; hands-on water testing experience is preferred. Have experience in sales support, account management, business development, customer success, or a related commercial role. Have experience working with customers and managing professional business relationships. Have strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Have the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and influence outcomes. Have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Have experience supporting commercial initiatives and driving customer-focused solutions. Have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Have a proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence. Have the ability to identify opportunities, support strategic initiatives, and contribute to business growth.
